With a background spanning banking and finance, energy, maritime, pharmaceuticals security, and technology, Jeff has led global teams and designed high-impact leadership and digital learning programs for clients.

He understands the pressures leaders and teams face today - rapid change, digital disruption, complexity, and constant performance demands - and helps people develop the human skills required to meet these challenges with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Nigel Marc Roberts is a global business leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving transformation, investment growth, and international expansion across diverse industries.
As a Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director, Nigel has built and scaled high-performance organisations, commercialised disruptive technologies, and opened new markets across renewable energy, marine, manufacturing, water, and advanced engineering. He is widely respected for his ability to connect people, ideas, and capital at a global level.
At The Golden Thread, Nigel plays a strategic role in supporting growth through relationships, partnerships, and trusted networks. His contribution sits at the intersection of purpose and collaboration, helping extend The Golden Thread’s reach with aligned organisations and leaders around the world.

Imelda Bergin
Co-Founder and Online Program Director
As the co-founder and Online Program Director of The Golden Thread, Imelda leads all aspects of the program implementation.
In a previous role as State Manager NSW with Family Business Australia, Imelda oversaw executive coaching programs, including group design, facilitator engagement, retreats, and curated learning experiences. This work gave her deep insight into how leaders and teams grow themselves and their businesses through shared learning, and high-quality facilitation.
It was in this role that Imelda was introduced to the work of David Powell. Seeing first-hand the impact his tools and approaches had across diverse organisations, she recognised the opportunity to make this work more accessible and scalable. This led her to join forces with David to co-create CREW - Life Journey Skills as an online program for individuals, teams, and organisations.
At The Golden Thread, Imelda focuses on translating powerful developmental frameworks into practical, engaging digital experiences that support personal growth, stronger relationships, and high-performance teams.
