Step by Step Sales Process
Promote and sell TGT programs with clarity and support.

Use the Crew sales scripts as guides for prospect calls and emails. Links to scripts, videos, taster program and landing pages can all be accessed here in the partner portal.

Use the Pitch Deck for presentations -can be tailored for each prospect.

Call or email the prospect for their feedback post the presentation. Invite them to a zoom with the TGT team.

If the prospect agrees to a zoom with TGT, contact David to schedule in a date and time.

Post zoom, call the client for their feedback and suggest a low risk pilot of 30-50 people.

If the client agrees to a pilot, TGT will generate an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, TGT will commence implementation and pay the partner’s commission.

TGT will manage the implementation of the online program directly with the client - the partner will be cc’d on all communications.

The client will be introduced to Jeff Hearn who will set up and manage the online coaching program.

The partner manages the client relationship - with support from the TGT team where necessary. A partner can assess if and when the client is ready to expand the pilot. All new business from the client will be attributed to the partner.
